Report bugs or Submit patches

If you have a bug report and/or patch for RealOpInsight or a related software, you can, either submit it in our Github bug tracker.

Note that you need a Github account to have permissions to create a ticket.

Ask for some helps

If you have a problem or question, it is highly recommended that you execute the following steps in order. It is possible that your question has already been answered.

  1. Check the bug tracker and the Troubleshooting section of the documentation, the problem may have been already reported/fixed.
  2. If you do not find a solution to your problem in the above resources, open a ticket with details about the problem.
