Getting Help

There are three ways for asking support according to your concern:

Report bugs or Submit patches

If you have a bug report and/or patch for RealOpInsight or a related software, you can, either submit it in our ticket system at SourceForge, or subscribe to our users malling list and post it there.

Note that you need to log on SourceForge to have permissions to create a ticket.

Ask for some helps

If you have a problem or question, it is highly recommended that you execute the following steps in order. It is possible that your question has already been answered.

  1. Check the bug tracker and the FAQ. The problem may have been already reported/fixed.
  2. If you do not find a solution to your problem in the above resources, open a ticket or send an email to the users' mailing list with details about the problem.
